Deeluxe Collections have teamed up with Sendle. In general, same-city deliveries arrive overnight and deliveries to nearby cities within 2-3 business days. Interstate can arrive within 3-12 business days. Though very speedy, Sendle does not currently offer an express or guaranteed overnight delivery service. Sendle uses a road-delivery network that is efficient and speedy. Each order gets a unique delivery estimate that is shared with you to help you keep track of your delivery. Please note that the delivery time frames are estimates and will vary during the holiday seasons.
We do not accept returns for 'change of mind' purchases, We will only accept a product return if it is faulty, damaged in transit or the incorrect item was sent by mistake and it was not what you ordered. Returns are to be made within 7 days of delivery. If this is the case, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.
All items being returned, must be dispatched within 5 days of the return being approved via registered post. All items will solely remain the responsibility of the purchaser until the item is received by us.
If the return is as a result of a faulty item, it will need to be supported with a photo for proof of fault prior to its return. In such instances, a store credit will be applied to your account. Store credits are only available on full priced, unused & undamaged items. Items must be in the original condition with tags still attached. We do not offer a store credit on sale items, unless the product is damaged or faulty on delivery. All applicable store credits will be processed on receipt of returned items,
Deeluxe Collections use two types of payment methods when you checkout PayPal & Square.
In Australia, you can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express to make PayPal payments. Another fast and easy option is paying with your bank account. Many PayPal users choose to pay with their bank accounts because it’s a convenient way to keep their spending under control. However you choose to pay, we’ll send you a receipt every time a payment is made from your account so that you can keep track of your transactions.
Square’s security keeps customers safe. We encrypt your transactions and never store data on the Square device after a payment has been processed, which keeps everyone safer. We also use live monitoring and algorithms to help stop fraud before it occurs. Square accepts all major credit and debit cards.
